Martha Lindberg was at our Guild for a Show and Tell at our meeting and a workshop the next day – Wonky Neighborhood.
Suzi Parron (www.barnquiltinfo.com) came to our Guild in March and gave a wonderful overall view of the Barn Quilts and the various trails across the county.
There are three counties with barn quilt trails listed in Texas, none of which is very close to us here in Granbury. To follow a Barn Quilt trail, you try to find the listed displays in that area. Fannin County in north central Texas, says it has over 100 listings and can be found on www.visitbonham.com.
There was a workshop following the meeting the next day and several gals created their own “Barn Quilts”.
